MEET

AL BONURA, PE, CPI

Stafford Oaks Home Inspection is founded, owned and operated by New Jersey resident and licensed home inspector, Al Bonura.  He is based out of Stafford Township covering Ocean county and beyond, for all of your home inspection needs.

Al has been working in commercial construction for over 20 years using his knowledge and experience as a professional engineer. 

Before starting his career in home inspection, Al worked in the deep foundations commercial sector of construction in NY and NJ. This experience provided a wide base of knowledge of foundation engineering design and construction in commercial as well as residential markets. Al takes his time in determining the condition of all parts of the home, big and small. 

Al has been interested in the construction and inspection industry throughout his entire life. His passion shines through during his home inspections.

​Al resides in Manahawkin NJ, and is a Villanova University graduate with a degree in civil engineering.  He is also a licensed professional engineer in New York and New Jersey.  He has continued his desire to learn through education as a home inspector at InterNACHI—the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, the world's largest nonprofit association of residential and commercial property inspectors.

Al started Stafford Oaks Home Inspections to provide a trustworthy, educated, and affordable home inspection service for all of central and southern New Jersey.
